Burning your candle
Sculpted candles burn differently from jar candles and are designed to cascade as they melt. Always place them on a flat stone or ceramic dish before lighting.
Trim the wick to 5 mm before lighting so the flame stays calm and centred. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Ordering on WhatsApp
We do not take payment on this website. Tapping an order button opens WhatsApp with a message naming the candle you chose. We confirm the details and payment with you there.
Dispatch and packaging
Items in stock dispatch within 24 to 48 hours, cushioned so delicate wax arrives intact.
Damaged items
If a candle arrives damaged, send us an unboxing photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours for a replacement.
